Masha's Bagels & Delicatessen is a modern deli and bagel shop located in Berlin's Alt-Treptow. We bake our New York-style, hand-rolled, house-made bagels daily and offer a menu inspired by the Jewish delis of New York City. All of our dishes are fresh and made-to-order. Stop in and try our house-cured fish, bagel and deli sandwiches, Matzo ball soup, homemade pastries and coffee.

About Our Food

Our bagels are rolled individually by hand, cold-proofed for 24 hours, boiled in a malt solution and baked fresh first thing in the morning, all in-house. We ask for pre-orders for more than 12 bagels because we only make a limited amount per day. Our menu items are all made to order unless stated otherwise and we use mostly fresh, house-made ingredients. We make our own kimchi, hummus, cured salmon (gravlax), challah, and rye among other items. 

 

But who is Masha? 

 

Masha is the Jewish grandmother you never had. She'll talk your ear off, but she makes a killer matzo ball soup.
